Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple IT infrastructure projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with strategic business goals.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused specifically on IT infrastructure projects (e.g., cloud computing, network infrastructure, data centers, cybersecurity).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex IT projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, particularly in leading remote teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
