Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree and/or PMP certification is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on infrastructure development projects (e.g., construction, utilities, transportation).
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Extensive experience in budgeting, risk management, and quality control for complex projects.
