  • Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
  • Create compelling user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Ensure the accessibility and usability of all digital products, adhering to WCAG guidelines.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design, particularly in areas like AR/VR and interactive media.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and executive teams.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
  • Optimize designs based on user feedback and performance data.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX/UI design work, particularly for complex digital applications or immersive experiences.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, interaction design principles, and visual design best practices.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating within a remote team.
  • Experience with animation or motion design is a plus.
  • Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a design team.
