Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire design process from concept to final implementation, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system and style guide to ensure consistency across all products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX/UI design work, particularly for complex digital applications or immersive experiences.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, interaction design principles, and visual design best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating within a remote team.
- Experience with animation or motion design is a plus.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a design team.
