Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support the RK FINFA program. The intern will assist in the day-to-day operations of the project, including report writing, coordinating meetings, raising internal memos, taking minutes, budget tracking, and other administrative duties.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support in the preparation and writing of project reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing meeting materials.
  • Raise and manage internal memos and communications within the project team.
  • Take detailed minutes during meetings and ensure timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Track project budgets and expenditures, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Support the Project Manager in various administrative tasks as needed.

Education/Experience/Language requirements:
Education:

  • Completion of secondary school with 6 years of experience is required.
  • Professional or Technical Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Procurement, Management, International Relations and or other relevant disciplines with four (4) years of relevant professional experience may be accepted
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business in the above-mentioned areas or other relevant discipline with two (2) years of relevant professional experience may be accepted.
  • A Master's Degree in the above-mentioned areas or other relevant discipline will be an asset but it is not required.

Certification: PRINCE2 Foundation is an asset

Experience:
