This position is responsible for general warehouse operations such as for managing the physical warehouse and inventory systems for the branch, includes overseeing the flow of materials and equipment in and out of the warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory records in the ERP system (Sedona), and ensuring timely delivery of equipment and parts to field technicians.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- General warehouse operations.
- Receiving freight, operating a forklift, and stocking the warehouse
- Perform all inventory counts and maintain inventory stock levels.
- Check in orders and stock all inventory items.
- Procure material and equipment & coordinate with vendors
- Create and manage purchase orders.
- Keep shop organized and clean.
- Maintain, clean, and organize all shop tools.
- Check specialty tools in and out.
- Deliver man lifts, tools, and materials to field technicians as needed
- Record and document all inspections, repairs, discrepancies, and recommendations either electronically or manually.
- Maintain a good positive relationship with the customer and pass on information to the appropriate personnel for follow up, quotes, questions, or concerns.
- Maintain equipment and tools
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Education/Qualification:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Any vocational training is strongly desired.
- Industry experience preferred.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment as well as work independently.
- Requires the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Requires the ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
- Requires the ability to use or repair small/light equipment, such as power tools, ladders, medium equipment and machinery.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent lifting and carrying of toolboxes, equipment, parts, tools, equipment, cabling, and/or wiring.
- Walking, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, and raising hands overhead.
