Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and market demands.
  • Oversee all aspects of global logistics, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and customs compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs through process innovation and technology adoption.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and other supply chain partners.
  • Implement and manage supply chain planning and execution systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP modules).
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain effectiveness and identify areas for intervention.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
  • Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed team of supply chain professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance remote culture.
  • Collaborate with sales, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration and responsiveness of the supply chain.
  • Manage and mitigate supply chain risks, developing contingency plans for disruptions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a strong emphasis on global logistics and operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, international supply chains and achieving significant cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Extensive knowledge of supply chain best practices, including lean, Six Sigma, and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in supply chain planning software, WMS, TMS, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across diverse teams in a remote setting.
