- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in international logistics and freight forwarding, with at least 4 years in a management role.
- Extensive knowledge of global shipping modes (air, sea, land), customs procedures, and Incoterms.
- Proven experience in managing complex international supply chains and negotiating with carriers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, global team environment.
- Understanding of international trade compliance and regulatory requirements is essential.

**Job Overview:**
As a Senior Biostatistician, you will be given access to cutting-edge, in-house technology and opportunities to work on global projects across a variety of therapeutic areas.
You will provide statistical consulting and technical support as it relates to the design, statistical analysis, and regulatory submissions of clinical trial studies.
Acting as a statistical team lead for single, complex studies or groups of studies, you will manage the scope of work and budget, providing revenue and resource forecasts, coupled with preparing proposal text and attending bid defense meetings.
