- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a practicing aesthetician, with at least 3 years in a supervisory, training, or leadership role within a spa or dermatology setting.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing new skincare treatments and protocols.
- Deep knowledge of skin physiology, common skin concerns, and effective treatment solutions.
- Excellent understanding of cosmetic ingredients, product formulations, and skincare technology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
- Experience in training and mentoring professionals in the beauty and wellness industry.
- A passion for holistic well-being and natural beauty enhancement.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a fully remote setting.
- Knowledge of spa management software and best practices is beneficial.

Develop and optimize strategies on health-related issues, such as measurability of health & wellbeing (key performance indicators), mental health or organizational resilience.
Report on mental health and resilience topics at regular business meetings.
*Requirements*
3 - 5 years of work experience in Operations or EAP (Employee Assistance Programme/Employee Wellness programme) with a focus on health and well-being.
Degree in Psychology, Occupational Health or a comparable field of study.
