Job Description
*Responsibilities*
Lead local research on people's well-being and ensure that employee engagement measures are well organized.
Develop and optimize strategies on health-related issues, such as measurability of health & wellbeing (key performance indicators), mental health or organizational resilience.
Report on mental health and resilience topics at regular business meetings.
*Requirements*
3 - 5 years of work experience in Operations or EAP (Employee Assistance Programme/Employee Wellness programme) with a focus on health and well-being.
Degree in Psychology, Occupational Health or a comparable field of study.
Experience in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry and in project management is desirable.
