Developing and maintaining program documentation, including handbooks and training materials, will be a key part of your role. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of the culinary industry. Experience in program coordination, education, or a related field is highly beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with apprentices and stakeholders in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all administrative aspects of the remote culinary arts apprenticeship program.
  • Onboard new apprentices, guiding them through program requirements and expectations.
  • Schedule and track apprentice training sessions, rotations, and mentor meetings.
  • Monitor apprentice progress, collect feedback, and assist in performance evaluations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for apprentices, mentors, and external partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate program records, databases, and documentation.
  • Assist in developing and updating curriculum materials and program resources.
  • Organize and facilitate virtual events, workshops, and networking opportunities for apprentices.
  • Liaise with culinary institutions and industry professionals to ensure program quality and relevance.
  • Provide reports on program status, enrollment, and outcomes to management.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in program coordination, administration, or student support services.
  • Familiarity with the culinary arts industry or a passion for food and cooking.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively remotely.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace) and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a remote work environment.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • A background in education or training program development is advantageous.
