Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of production operators and line leaders to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order, coordinating with the maintenance team for timely repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, waste, and downtime, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Implement and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP principles throughout the production floor.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure product integrity and compliance with food safety standards.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper handling.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes.
- Foster a positive and safe work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Handle employee relations issues, including performance management and disciplinary actions, in line with company policy.
- Contribute to the planning and scheduling of production runs, coordinating with procurement and logistics departments.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food processing or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in production planning and scheduling.
- Experience with process optimization and Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant production machinery and technology.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing on-site responsibilities with remote collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office Suite, for reporting and communication.

Report on mental health and resilience topics at regular business meetings.
*Requirements*
3 - 5 years of work experience in Operations or EAP (Employee Assistance Programme/Employee Wellness programme) with a focus on health and well-being.
Degree in Psychology, Occupational Health or a comparable field of study.
Experience in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry and in project management is desirable.
