Our client, a leading player in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is looking for an innovative and strategic Brand Manager to drive the growth and success of their key brands. This hybrid role offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration, ideal for developing and executing compelling brand strategies. You will be responsible for all aspects of brand management, including market analysis, product innovation, marketing campaign development, and P&L management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of consumer insights, a passion for brand building, and a proven ability to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve brand objectives and market share growth.
  • Conduct thorough market research, consumer analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (advertising, digital, PR, in-store promotions).
  • Manage the brand's P&L, ensuring profitability and effective budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with R&D, sales, and supply chain teams to drive product innovation and new product launches.
  • Develop compelling brand positioning, messaging, and creative briefs.
