- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in industrial automation, with a focus on troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Proficiency with various PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), HMI software, and industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA).
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, control systems, and industrial networking.
- Experience with troubleshooting and programming industrial control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities, especially in a remote team setting.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
