- Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies to support e-commerce growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring adherence to strict quality and efficiency standards.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and stock optimization initiatives to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and service reliability.
- Implement and leverage technology solutions (WMS, TMS, ERP) to streamline operations, improve visibility, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the supply chain, reporting on performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics and warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, labor laws, and environmental standards within the operational framework.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain integration.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements throughout the supply chain network.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain and logistics management, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce fulfillment.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale warehouse operations and a distributed logistics network.
- In-depth knowledge of WMS, TMS, and ERP systems, with a demonstrated ability to implement and optimize these technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in managing and developing diverse teams remotely.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
- Strong understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
