Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is mandatory.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience leading design teams and managing complex engineering projects.
- Expertise in civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley, or similar.
- Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering, structural analysis, hydrology, and transportation design principles.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
- Experience in client management and stakeholder engagement.
