- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Public Health, International Development, Global Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in designing, managing, and implementing large-scale global health programs.
- Proven track record in fundraising, grant writing, and managing donor relations with major international foundations and agencies.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, program evaluation, and financial management.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing remote teams.
- Strong understanding of global health issues, health systems, and development challenges in low-resource settings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time, as needed and feasible.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience working with diverse cultural contexts and engaging with community stakeholders.
