- Master's degree in Public Health, International Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in program management within the non-profit or international development sector, with a focus on global health.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-country health programs from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of health systems strengthening, infectious disease control, maternal and child health, or other relevant public health areas.
- Demonstrated experience in M&E, including designing and implementing data collection tools and analysis plans.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, with experience leading remote teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial oversight.
- Strong proposal writing and donor reporting skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in another relevant language (e.g., French, Swahili) is a significant asset.
