The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a professional engineering license (PE) being essential. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, with a significant focus on bridge design and construction, is required. Proven experience with bridge design software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, CSiBridge, MIDAS Civil) and FEA tools is mandatory. Strong understanding of material properties (steel, concrete, timber) and construction methods is critical. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary. The ability to lead and collaborate with teams, manage multiple priorities, and effectively communicate complex technical information is crucial.
