- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of diagnostic processes and resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and potentially customers.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician with a strong diagnostic focus.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing modern vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, HVAC, ADAS).
- Proficiency with OEM diagnostic software and scan tools.
- Strong understanding of vehicle communication networks (CAN, LIN, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for remote technical support.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- ASE certifications or equivalent are highly desirable.
