Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing Human Resources team. This is a fully remote position, enabling you to recruit top talent from across the globe. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and managing offer negotiations. Your goal will be to attract and hire exceptional individuals who align with our client's culture and strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach. You will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Partnering with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and define job requirements will be crucial. You will manage the interview process, coordinate schedules, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout. Extending job offers and negotiating terms of employment will also be a key part of your role. Maintaining accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and providing regular reports on recruitment metrics are also essential. You will contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential for managing multiple requisitions simultaneously. A proactive and driven approach to candidate sourcing and engagement is required. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is beneficial. Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment is advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with relevant talent acquisition experience, is required. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably within a consultancy or agency setting.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates across various industries and levels.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing tools, and employment law.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
