Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing Human Resources team. This role will be instrumental in attracting and hiring top-tier talent across various technical domains. The position is based in **Mombasa, Mombasa, KE**, offering a hybrid work model that combines the flexibility of remote work with the collaboration of an office environment. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and onboarding. Developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to meet the company's talent needs will be a core part of your responsibilities. This includes building strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their departmental needs, and providing expert guidance throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop interview plans.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment progress, and maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports to senior management on key performance indicators.
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record in technical hiring.
  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques and experience with various recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the tech landscape and in-demand technical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and manage priorities across remote and in-office settings.
  • Experience in **Mombasa, Mombasa, KE** or surrounding areas is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's hiring needs for both technical and non-technical roles.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in recruiting for technology roles.
  • Expertise in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other specialized platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the tech landscape and common technology roles.
  • Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring managers remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and compliance.
