Qualifications:

- Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, including technical and executive positions.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and employment law.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
