- Contribute to the development of a strong risk-aware culture throughout the organization.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external risk consultants and auditors as needed.
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in risk management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Professional certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager) or PRM (Professional Risk Manager) are highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, underwriting principles, and claims management processes.
- Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative risk assessment methodologies.
- Proficiency in risk management software and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
