Our client, a prominent global retail conglomerate, is seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Senior Logistics and Supply Chain Optimization Manager. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to manage complex logistical operations from any location. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing efficient and cost-effective supply chain strategies, ensuring timely delivery of goods and optimizing inventory management across the organization.

- Negotiate contracts and rates with transportation and warehousing partners.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on supply chain performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards in logistics operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics and supply chain professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including procurement, sales, and operations, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations.
- Proven track record of successfully optimizing supply chain processes and reducing costs.
- Extensive knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and ERP systems.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing third-party logistics providers and international shipping.
- Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
