  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives.
  • Utilizing revenue management systems (RMS) and property management systems (PMS) effectively.
  • Preparing regular revenue reports and performance analyses for senior management.
  • Identifying and leveraging emerging trends in the hospitality industry and revenue management.
  • Training and mentoring junior revenue management staff as the team grows.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in revenue management within the hotel industry, with a strong focus on luxury or upscale properties.
  • Proven success in implementing effective revenue management strategies and achieving significant revenue growth.
