Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex operational processes and teams in a remote environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and order management systems (OMS).
- Experience with 3PL management and carrier negotiations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, project management software).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, vital for leading a remote team and collaborating with external partners.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is beneficial.
