Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain detailed performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Manage vendor relationships and collaborate on product launches and promotions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, online retail, or category management.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving conversion rates in an online environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
- Expertise in visual merchandising principles for digital platforms.
- Excellent understanding of online marketing strategies and customer journey mapping.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote setting.
