- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing supply chain optimization initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with supply chain software (WMS, TMS, ERP) and automation technologies.
- Excellent understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and forecasting principles.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a remote environment.
- APICS (CSCP, CPIM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
