In this vital role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various departments. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding support, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. - Organize and participate in virtual career fairs and recruitment events.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to HR leadership.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the talent acquisition team.
- Stay updated on best practices in recruitment, diversity, and inclusion.
- Assist in the development and implementation of talent management strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates using various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Experience in diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in creating engaging employer branding content.
- Results-oriented with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.
- Experience with international recruitment is advantageous.
