Our client is seeking a proactive and strategic Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their fully remote HR team. This vital role involves partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives, drive employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture. This role requires excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR programs that support employee growth, retention, and overall business success. A strong grasp of employment law and HR best practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into effective HR initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • Lead talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and keep top talent.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) are highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong background as an HR Business Partner.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all HR functional areas, including talent management, employee relations, and compensation.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in change management and organizational development is essential.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR technologies.

You will advise on organizational design, change management initiatives, and employee development programs. Experience in handling complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and developing HR policies and procedures is essential. This position requires exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will build strong relationships with employees and leaders across the organization, acting as a trusted advisor and change agent.
