Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Remote Human Resources Business Partner to support their diverse workforce. This fully remote role is essential for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a positive employee experience, and driving organizational effectiveness. You will serve as a key liaison between the HR department and various business units, providing expert guidance on all HR-related matters.

Key responsibilities include talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation. You will partner with leaders to identify talent needs, develop succession plans, and implement effective recruitment strategies. Addressing employee grievances, resolving disputes, and promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion will be critical aspects of your role. You will also contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies that support business growth and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner role. Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP) is highly advantageous. You should possess a strong understanding of Kenyan labor laws, HR best practices, and have proven experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills are essential, as you will be working closely with employees and leadership at all levels.
