- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

- Utilize catering management software and tools to track orders, inventory, and operational performance.
- Prepare operational reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering operations management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Proven experience in managing inventory, procurement, and vendor relations.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
