- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role.
- Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong understanding of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Experience with e-procurement platforms and sourcing tools is an advantage.
- CIPS or equivalent certification is a plus.
