Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing organization, is seeking an experienced and strategic Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead their recruitment efforts. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to impact talent acquisition strategies from anywhere. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment plans to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across various departments and levels. Your expertise in full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and candidate experience will be crucial in building and scaling our client's workforce.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job profiling and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize recruitment technology and tools (ATS, CRM) to manage candidate data and optimize processes.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and report on key performance indicators.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the talent acquisition team.
  • Stay abreast of labor market trends, compensation best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of diversity and inclusion hiring strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a significant portion focused on senior-level and specialized roles.
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment strategies, including passive candidate engagement and talent pipelining.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
  • A passion for identifying and attracting top talent.
