You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment plans to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across various departments and levels. Your expertise in full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and candidate experience will be crucial in building and scaling our client's workforce.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job profiling and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize recruitment technology and tools (ATS, CRM) to manage candidate data and optimize processes.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and report on key performance indicators.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the talent acquisition team.
- Stay abreast of labor market trends, compensation best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a significant portion focused on senior-level and specialized roles.
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment strategies, including passive candidate engagement and talent pipelining.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
- A passion for identifying and attracting top talent.
