This pivotal role will oversee all operational activities on a designated offshore platform, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in offshore operations, a deep understanding of oil and gas production processes, and exceptional leadership capabilities. This position will require a hybrid work arrangement, involving significant time offshore overseeing operations and time onshore for strategic planning, reporting, and coordination.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical) or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in offshore oil and gas operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience in managing offshore production facilities and associated infrastructure.
- Extensive knowledge of safety management systems (SMS) and environmental regulations specific to offshore operations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent understanding of oil and gas production processes, drilling operations, and subsea systems.
- Proficiency in project management and budgeting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Valid offshore survival training and medical certificates.
- Willingness to work on a rotational basis offshore as required by the hybrid work model.
