This pivotal role involves partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top-tier technical talent across various disciplines. You will be responsible for developing innovative sourcing strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, and mentoring a team of technical recruiters. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the tech landscape, exceptional sourcing skills, and proven experience in leading recruitment efforts.

- Contribute to the development and refinement of recruitment processes and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in technical recruiting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing strategies for hard-to-find technical roles (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
- Strong understanding of various technology stacks, programming languages, and IT domains.
- Proven ability to effectively screen and assess technical candidates.
- Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience managing recruitment processes in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Proficiency with modern ATS and CRM systems.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience with employer branding and diversity recruiting initiatives is a plus.
