Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the evolving needs of our clients across diverse sectors.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
- Source passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Provide expert guidance and consultation to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and selection.
- Develop and extend competitive job offers, negotiating terms to secure top talent.
- Utilize recruitment technology and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently to manage candidate data and track progress.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
- Stay abreast of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the talent acquisition team, if applicable.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated experience in leading recruitment initiatives and managing complex hiring projects.
- Expertise in utilizing various sourcing tools and methodologies, including advanced Boolean search techniques and social recruiting platforms.
- Strong understanding of employment law and best practices in recruitment and selection.
- Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
