- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical design challenges encountered during development or production.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in mechanical engineering to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related advanced technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with a significant focus on systems design and development.
- Proven track record of leading engineering projects and teams to successful completion.
- Expertise in CAD/CAM software, simulation tools (FEA, CFD), and data analysis techniques.
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, kinematics, and material science.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative remote team environment.
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems is highly beneficial.
