- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce growth marketing, with a strong focus on DTC brands.
- Proven track record of driving significant growth in online sales and customer acquisition.
- Extensive experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application to e-commerce.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
