- Experience with soil testing and interpretation.
- Familiarity with integrated pest management (IPM) and sustainable farming practices.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable with virtual delivery.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote client base.
- Proficiency in agricultural software and data analysis tools.
- Experience working with diverse crop types and farming systems.
