Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Design, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing or managing tourism experiences, travel product development, or a similar creative role.
- Demonstrated creativity and a strong portfolio showcasing innovative travel concepts.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in digital design tools and presentation software.
- Strong understanding of the global tourism market and customer behavior.
