Position Overview:
Are you looking to work in an exciting and faith-driven organization where you will be part of telling the catholic story? If this is you, we are looking to hire a competent Digital Marketing Associate who will undertake the following roles and responsibilities:
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Content Creation and SEO Copywriting:
• To support in the development of copy and content relevant Immaculata TV. This will include articles on the faith, the Mass, Rosary, relevant news etc.
• Ensure all content on the website is SEO healthy and adhering to all content guidelines.
• Update and manage content on the website ensuring pages are healthy and free of broken links.
• Local SEO and link building to increase organic web traffic.
Social Media Marketing:
• Ensure that Immaculata TV maintains a healthy brand image online.
• Brainstorm and pitch for social media campaigns to be run on our socials; YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, X and Instagram.
• Conduct Social listening to monitor audience behaviors and news related to the station's interest.
• Generation of weekly and monthly social media reports to track success and gaps.
• Actively promoting content on social media platforms such as blog articles and any other relevant content
• Running effective social ads with the right lead generation forms for specific campaigns
• Creatively package content on Immaculata TV that educates, inspires and informs.
• Community engagement by responding to comments, answering questions, updates, and managing the consumer experience online.
Email Marketing:
• Preparation of email marketing messages to be blasted to the database bi-monthly or on a need basis.
• Drive periodic email campaigns to increase and retain the database
• Email optimization through A/B Testing to generate leads
• Ability and experience interacting with automated emailing systems such as Mailchimp
• Data Analytics, Tracking and Monitoring: To ensure the effectiveness of paid and organic campaigns on our socials as well as site traffic monitoring.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing.
• Proactively report on data tracked on our website and social media channels and provide actionable insights and recommendations to other team members.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR or any other related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign design and management with a special focus on creativity in content creation.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and trends.

Background
The Africa Impact Academy (AIA) is a 10-month program that equips African social enterprises and NGOs with the strategies, mentorship, and networks to grow and scale. This film will serve as both a storytelling tool and a positioning asset for AIA as Africa's trusted pipeline for investor-ready ventures.
Scope of Work
We are seeking a
Nairobi-based videography/production firm
with demonstrated capacity to deliver high-quality documentaries and the ability to subcontract professional crews in Abuja (Nigeria) and Johannesburg (South Africa).
The selected firm will:
Pre-production
- Review the final documentary script and production treatment (already developed).
- Develop a creative treatment outlining proposed visual style, storytelling approach, and production plan.
- Break down a detailed shooting schedule across Nairobi, Abuja, and Johannesburg (with subcontracted crews)within the days that Mofund Africa provides.
Production
- Film all assigned scenes in Nairobi.
- Coordinate with subcontracted crews in Abuja and Johannesburg to capture required footage, ensuring quality and consistency across locations.
- Capture interviews, B-roll, training sessions, and community impact visuals as per the production treatment.
- Collect all footage for editing in Nairobi
Post-production
- Edit a minute documentary aligned to the script and treatment.
- Deliver additional short social media cuts (30 and 90 seconds).
- Integrate professional voiceover, motion graphics (icons, titles, maps), subtitles, and partner logos.
Deliverables
- 1 full-length documentary minutes) in HD/4K.

Duration
