  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network design and integration.
  • Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams and configurations.
  • Conduct performance analysis and implement improvements for network efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate network equipment procurements.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in telecommunications network design and engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and network hardware.
  • Experience with wireless technologies (e.g., 4G, 5G), fiber optics, and cloud networking.
  • Proficiency in network simulation and analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIE) are a significant advantage.
