- Deep understanding of wireless technologies (4G, 5G), optical networking, and cloud interconnectivity.
- Proven experience with network virtualization, SDN, and NFV concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of designing robust and scalable networks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in leading technical teams and projects is essential.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE) are highly desirable.
