Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies for technology goods and services, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, and telecommunications infrastructure.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, establishing strong, long-term relationships.
- Lead complex negotiations for contracts, pricing, and service level agreements to achieve optimal terms and cost savings.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requirements definition and RFP development to contract award and supplier performance management.
- Monitor market trends, technology advancements, and supplier capabilities to inform procurement decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with IT, engineering, and finance departments to understand needs and align procurement activities.
- Manage supplier performance, conducting regular reviews and addressing any issues to ensure service delivery standards are met.
- Develop and maintain an accurate inventory of technology assets and procurement contracts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement, with a significant focus on technology sourcing.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and contract management in the technology sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT hardware, software, and telecommunications markets.
- Experience with e-procurement systems and ERP software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex data.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
