  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical design issues.
  • Stay current with advancements in electrical engineering technologies, software, and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to electrical engineering team members.
  • Contribute to proposals and business development efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. A Master’s degree or Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly advantageous.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a specialization in power systems design.
  • Proven experience in designing and analyzing low, medium, and high-voltage power systems.
  • Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, Revit MEP, ETAP, PSS/E).
  • Strong understanding of power system protection, grounding, and surge protection principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead engineering projects and teams.
  • Experience working effectively in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy integration and grid modernization concepts is a plus.
