- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
- Demonstrated experience in managing remote teams and working in a remote-first environment.
