- Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams to gather insights and incorporate their input into the forecast.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree is a plus. A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in demand planning, supply chain analysis, or a related role within the FMCG sector is required. Strong proficiency with advanced statistical forecasting techniques and demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle Demantra, Kinaxis, JDA) is essential. Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) are a must. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are critical for collaborating effectively in a remote team environment. Experience with S&OP processes is highly desirable.
