  • Proficiency in relevant reservoir simulation and geological modeling software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting technical information to diverse groups.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage projects effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Experience with project financing and regulatory frameworks in the energy sector is a plus.

  • Ability to interpret complex geological data and translate it into actionable engineering plans.
