This is a hybrid-paid role with a
base pay

Week 1 (Days 1-7)
- Base Pay

if the post achieves by the 7th day:
- 2,000 views | 75 likes | 15 comments | 10 shares | 20 link clicks | 4,000 reaches
- 2.5% engagement rate ((Likes + Comments + Shares) / Reach * 100)
- 40 seconds average watch time (for videos)
- Paid by the 3rd day of the following week, provided all previous posts remain active.
Week 2 (Days 8-14)
- Extended Base Pay and Bonuses
: If Week 1 targets are met, additional compensation is available based on Week 2 performance: - KSh 750 base extension
plus
KSh 150 bonus
for 1,000 additional views with 50 likes, 10 comments, 5 shares, 15 link clicks, 2,000 reach, 1% engagement rate, and 10 seconds watch time. Or,
- KSh 750 base extension
plus
KSh 300 bonus
for 2,000 additional views with 100 likes, 20 comments, 10 shares, 30 link clicks, 4,000 reach, 2% engagement rate, and 20 seconds watch time.
- Evaluated on the 14th day, paid by the 3rd day of the third week, provided all previous posts remain active.
- Partial Compensation

; If Week 2 targets are not met but metrics show small growth (e.g., 10% increase in views, likes, etc.), pay KSh 375 (half the base fee) for Week 2, but no bonus.

: Attend a 1-hour online product knowledge session via Zoom or Google Meet at no cost. This covers: - ICT Courses
